Buying a New Home
Whether you are a First Time Buyer or already have your foot on the property ladder, buying a home can be a stressful and expensive process. At Express Funding it is our aim to take the stress out of this process by doing the hard work for you at every step of the way.
From before you even start looking for your ideal property, our mortgage adviser, Stuart Wallace, will discuss the options available to you, and give you an estimate of the fees involved at each stage. We will discuss with you how much you will be able to afford depending on your income and expenditure and so what kind of property you can look at buying, which means you can be confident in only viewing properties within your price bracket.
Once you have found a property you wish to buy we will discuss the mortgages available at that time and which would be most suitable to you. Once we have agreed on the type and amount of mortgage you require, we will then begin the application process and liaise with your Estate Agent and Solicitor to ensure everything is in place to proceed as efficiently as possible. An average house purchase can take anything from six weeks to a few months or occasionally longer depending on each set of individual circumstances, and so we do everything we can to help the process along as quickly as possible.
Because we are based in Evesham we have built up relationships with a number of local estate agents and solicitors in Evesham and Pershore, and so quite often can support you in your communications with them throughout the process, cutting through any jargon and helping you to get everything in place as smoothly as possible.
